I had a very disturbing and unprofessional experience at this shop. We went there for an oil change. When we arrived, we were ignored while another vehicle that came after us was helped first. I went in for a basic oil change and the guy did not install the oil filter properly. When he started the car, oil spilled everywhere inside the engine bay and under the hood. He did not clean the oil at all and just topped it up and said it was done. Now there is oil all over the radiator, battery, and engine, and I’m worried about possible damage. I now have extra work to clean everything myself and deal with the stress of not knowing if this caused long-term issues. Please be careful with your car if you come here. I will be doing my own oil changes from now on.
